ISSUES

I’m running for City Council because local government should make life better for the people who live here. The 6th District has shaped my family’s story, and I want to ensure every resident has access to the opportunities that helped us thrive: affordable housing, reliable transportation, safe streets, and strong mental health resources. I’m committed to leading with integrity, listening with intention, and bringing people together around solutions that move Lexington forward.
ISSUES
Smart Growth,
Strong Neighborhoods

Lexington is growing fast, and we need to grow in the right way. I’ll advocate for affordable housing options, safe streets, well-connected neighborhoods, and green spaces that make life better for families. Responsible growth keeps our district livable and welcoming.
Transportation That Works
for Working People

Better buses. More reliable routes. Safe, modern infrastructure. I’ll push for a transit system that helps people get to work, school, and essential services without added stress or cost. A stronger transportation system strengthens our entire city.
Championing Local,
Small Businesses

Small businesses give our district its personality. I’ll work to simplify permitting, expand access to resources, and support programs that help entrepreneurs start, grow, and hire right here in the 6th District. When small businesses succeed, we all benefit.
Mental Health That Meets
People Where They Are

Everyone knows someone struggling. I’ll work to strengthen partnerships with local providers, expand access in schools, and support community-based programs that help people stay healthy, safe, and connected. Mental health care should be accessible, not a luxury.
A Compassionate, Results-Focused Approach to Homelessness
Homelessness deserves solutions, not slogans. I support transitional housing, job programs, mental health and addiction services, and coordinated efforts that help people get back on their feet. A safer, more stable community is good for everyone.
